.:: The Road Less Traveled ::..
Late in June, 2010, there was a moderate storm brewing in the south, near the Belgian border. The smooth summer breeze of that day reached gale force winds by the time the thunderstorm arrived in the Den Helder.
During the late afternoon hours of summer, I am often found on the side of the road. Or on the middle of it, such as in this picture here.
Luckily the rain poured mainly toward the east, away from where I was shooting. And if I'm not out shooting bad weather, I'm constantly monitoring Estofex and local weather forecasts. On a side note: I can't wait untill the dutch doppler radar API can be freely used in mobile applications.
Shot 10mm with the 550D. f/22, 4s, ISO100.
